The business developed and launched a website, iOS and Android mobile application to improve the in-store fashion shopping experience, engage consumers, and collect shopping behaviour data.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Manager - Worked with Scrum Master (COO) to introduce and explain Scrum to the rest of the team. Managed the product backlog and order priority.             The Erasmus Portal was an online portal developed to assist new international students attending the University of Hertfordshire. The website aimed to provide all of the information a student would need to make the most of their stay.

            Key Responsibilities:

            Research and Development - Conducted focus groups to collect primary research to identify information current international students wish they had been told earlier. Developed website for alpha / beta testing with current International students. Used Scrum to manage own progress, created a product backlog and made judgements on the priority of each feature. Worked with multi-linguists to develop website in multiple languages.

            UX/UI Design - Used Adobe Indesign to optimise UX / UI.

            Business Development - Sourced 20+ deals with local business (car rental, restaurants, fashion outlets) to provide special deals for international students using the platform.

            Promotion - Presented the website to over 50 international partners of the university during Europe Week (May 2010), and to all new international students (1000+) attending the university in September 2010.

            Paradise Wildlife Park (PWP) is a family-run animal park that is the No.1 tourist attraction in Hertfordshire.

            Product Management - Assisted DotMailer in managing Paradise Wildlife Park development team. Shadowed Product Manager implementing Scrum to streamline development process, and assisted in managing the product backlog and prioritisation.

            UX Design - Worked with DotMailer to optimise Paradise Wildlife Park website ticket sales UX - increased sales by over 300%.

            Project Management - Managed implementation of new interactive device and podcast for zoo visitors.

            Filming & Video Editing - Used Final Cut Pro to edit and produce video content for the interactive zoo device and podcast.
